🔹 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How do I create an account?

Go to https://ntv.ng, click Sign Up, and follow the steps to register with your email, phone number, or social media account.

2. I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset instructions.

3. How do I subscribe to a premium plan?

Log in, go to My Account > Subscription, and choose your preferred plan. Follow the payment prompts to activate.

4. Can I watch content offline?

Yes, our mobile app allows downloads for offline viewing on selected titles.

5. Why is my video buffering or not loading?

Please check your internet connection. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth streaming. Try restarting your device or switching networks.


🔹 Account & Billing

  • Update Billing Info: Go to My Account > Payment Settings

  • Cancel Subscription: You can cancel anytime from the Subscription tab in your account settings.

  • Refunds: Contact us directly for refund inquiries. Note: All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.

  • iOS devices (iPhone, iPad)

  • Smart TVs (coming soon)

  • Chromecast & AirPlay (limited support)
