Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nike Television, we strive to deliver high-quality entertainment and a seamless viewing experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests.

🔹 1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Visiting My Account > Subscription Settings on ntv.ng

  • Or contacting our support team at info@ntv.ng or +234 903 120 9828

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will continue to have access to premium content until your subscription period ends.

  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund.

🔹 2. Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to Nike Television are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds under the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription before the renewal date

  • A technical error or service outage made the platform inaccessible for 72 hours or more

  • Your account was hacked or misused and unauthorized purchases occurred

How to Request a Refund:
Please email us at info@ntv.ng with the subject line: Refund Request. Include:

  • Your full name and registered email address

  • Subscription date and payment receipt

  • Reason for your refund request

Our support team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.

🔹 3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases

  • Unused subscription time

  • Dissatisfaction with content availability

  • Issues caused by poor or unstable internet connection

  • Failure to cancel before your renewal date

🔹 4. Free Trials & Promotions

If you signed up during a free trial, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds are not provided for failure to cancel during the trial period.

Promotional or discounted subscriptions are also non-refundable unless required by law.
